Creating Castle Block Walls

Sorry I don't have pictures of the Knockdown being sprayed on the walls and ceiling but here are photos of the finished walls. The ceiling was sprayed at the same time. Make sure you have masked off any surface you don't want textured. We masked off the frame around the windows and doors for a different accent later. We had professionals spray the texture on the walls and trowel or Knockdown the surface to the desired texture. You can apply the texture yourself but it's very time intensive. As they continued down the walls someone would follow behind them and pull the tape up. Note: The tape has to be removed before the Knockdown dries or you won't get the tape up. Now the walls and ceiling are ready for a coat of Drywall Primer.
